Care Instructions

TO HAND WASH: Soak in lukewarm water and mild detergent for approximately 10 minutes. Gently swish fabric in soapy water and then rinse repeatedly until soapy residue is gone. Avoid wringing or twisting, as this may cause stretching.

TO MACHINE WASH: Wash on a gentle cycle with lukewarm water and mild detergent. For best results, wash separately from other fabrics.

TO DRY: Place in the dryer on low to medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove while still damp and hang or lay flat to finish drying.

TO REMOVE STAINS: Gently massage with dish soap, club soda or a water-detergent mixture or sprinkle with baking soda and blot with vinegar. For best results, clean stains as soon as they develop. avoid bleach, as this may discolor or weaken fibers.

TO IRON: Overlay with a damp cloth and press with a medium-hot iron while fabric is still damp.

Return Policy

Non-furniture Merchandise
All books, candles, plants and bath products are final sale. All other non-furniture items can be returned for a full refund, as long as they are returned within either 30 days of purchase if bought in store or 30 days after the order was received if bought on our website. We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund to the same credit card used for original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your credit. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.


In-stock Furniture Items

We accept returns of furniture in its original condition when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. To receive a full refund, call us at 800.472.1885 or email us at returns@jaysonhome.com. We will arrange to have the item(s) picked up by a local freight company, who will contact you to coordinate pick up. Once returned to our warehouse, we will inspect your item(s) and issue a refund accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.


Closeout Merchandise

Closeout items purchased on our website can be returned for store credit only, as long as we receive your item(s) within 30 days of the original delivery. Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will issue your store credit via email. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit.
